Since the age of 16, Nicholas has obtained over 10 years of web development experience and a track record of winning international and national IT competitions with small and large teams. He enjoys organising events, networking, strategic planning, and embracing changes with technology.
Nicholas Ooi graduated in ITE with a NITEC certificate in Information Communication Technology and in Ngee Ann Polytechnic with a Diploma in Information Technology specialized in Solution Architect.
He is currently an undergraduate in the National University of Singapore (NUS) and pursuing a degree with honours, majoring in Electronic Commerce. He is also pursuing short studies at the Stanford University under the NUS programme, minoring in entrepreneurship.
Eric Lee Technical Lead / CTO
Eric is responsible for the technical, strategy, and overall IT development operation for the company.
Eric has an extensive experience of over 7 years in the field of Information Technology and also an avid technology enthusiast in the software development industry. He enjoys and loves to build software to empower users in their day to day activities. He also embraces changes and hope that technology can improve and change the lives of the people around the world.
Eric graduated in Ngee Ann Polytechnic with a Diploma of Merit in Information Technology specialized in Solution Architect, a Gold CCA certificate of achievement, and is also a 2nd runner up among his peers in his cohort.
He is currently an undergraduate and pursuing a degree with honours in Nanyang Technology University (NTU) majoring in Computer Science.
Shou Yee Creative Lead / CCO
Shou Yee is responsible for the UI design, branding, strategy, and marketing look and feel for the company.
Shou Yee holds 7 years of experience in the field of Information Technology. As a Solution Architect, he enjoys finding creative yet effective ways to solve problems, challenges, and bring convenience within reach. He believes that conventional methods need not be the best way and there could be alternatives, which can be achieved better.
At SUTD, he is doing Active Learning research, which involves in hand rehabilitation research project, and in particular the user input and computer system aspect. Furthermore, he is working with SUTD students and secondary school students on robots for education.
His past research project with Towardstech, Mobile Assistant for the Elderly (MAE) also known as GoldenTrail was covered in ChannelNewsAsia (CNA) and a few local newspapers. The latest version of the system was broadcasted by CNA in June 2014.
His current and past teaching topics include Java Computing, Python Programming and Problem Solving, State Machines, Linear Time Invariant System, and Operating Systems.
